Brett Spector, brother of founder Dr. Jason Spector, is an experienced leader with a background in finance and start-up services. He served as the CEO of Fesarius Therapeutics until 2021 and has also founded RunUrFund LLC, a consultancy that provides start-up services to long-short hedge fund managers. He co-founded t24 Capital LLC, a machine learning-based hedge fund, with Dr. Desmond Lun in 2018. Before this, he helped found Tide Point Capital Management LP, where he served as the CFO and CCO and helped the fund grow from under $30 million to over $850 million in assets under management. Brett was also the founding CFO and President of SuttonBrook Capital Management LP, a multi-strategy hedge fund with peak assets under management of approximately $2.8 billion.

Brett has extensive experience in successful start-ups, having served as the CFO and CTO of various private companies. He began his career in the Financial Advisory Services Group at Coopers & Lybrand. Brett earned his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990 and a B.A. in Economics cum laude from Drew University in 1988.
