Joseph Rolley is Principal at JTR Business Consulting, LLC located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania providing market access and business consulting services to the medical technology industry.  Joe has over 42 years of experience in the medical device industry spanning sales, marketing, business development, reimbursement, government affairs and health policy. Prior to his current consulting role, he was Vice President, Market Access and Professional Education at Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, New Jersey. At Integra, his responsibilities included creating and implementing pre- and post-marketing reimbursement and health economic strategies to gain and expand access with government and commercial payers for new and in-licensed regenerative technologies.  Prior to Integra, he served for 30 years in business roles of increasing responsibility at Bristol-MyersSquibb and Convatec.

In addition to his corporate roles, he has been actively involved in industry and professional associations including MedTech Europe and AdvaMed.  At AdvaMed, he co-led the establishment of the Wound Healing & Tissue Regeneration Sector and served as working group chair for over 15 years. He is former chair of the Corporate Advisory Council of the NationalPressure Injury Advisory Panel and in 2009 was the recipient of that organization’s Thomas Stewart Founder’s Award for his work in public policy.  Currently, he serves as chair of the Real-World Evidence Group of the Wound Care Collaborative Community working with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical experts, product developers and manufacturers to accelerate innovation and access with policymakers at the Food & DrugAdministration (FDA) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Mr. Rolley holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and a M.S.degree in Industrial Administration, both from Purdue University.  He, his wife Theresa reside in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, USA.
