This case report describes the use of DermiSphere™ hDRT in staged frontonasal reconstruction following melanoma resection in an 85-year-old female. The full-thickness defect measured 6 cm × 6 cm and involved the forehead, glabella, and upper nasal dorsum.
DermiSphere™ hDRT was applied following tumor extirpation. By postoperative day 10, the wound was suitable for reconstruction. The report documents restoration of soft tissue contour across multiple facial subunits and preservation of adjacent delicate facial anatomy and contour at follow-up.
