Fesarius Therapeutics, Inc. (“Fesarius,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit www.fesariustherapeutics.com (the “Site”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us online. It does not apply to information we handle under separate notices, such as clinical study, adverse-event or employment records.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to provide, such as your first and last name, email address, organization or institution, role (for example, surgeon or other healthcare professional), and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.
Health information. The Site is not designed to collect patient health information. Please do not submit protected health information or other patient-identifiable information through the Site or the contact form.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests, and to provide customer service.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site, including measuring traffic and understanding how visitors use it.
- To send marketing emails and information about our products, events and news where you have asked to receive it or where otherwise permitted by law.
- To measure the effectiveness of our communications and campaigns.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to protect our rights, our users and the public.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers that host the Site, provide analytics, process form submissions or otherwise support our operations, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Advertising and analytics partners, if and when we enable the technologies described in Section 4. Depending on the law that applies to you, some of this sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or “targeted advertising”; see Section 6 for your choices.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fesarius, our users or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
- With your consent or at your direction.
4. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We and our partners also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, scripts and local storage. We group them as follows:
- Strictly necessary: required for the Site to function and be secure (for example, load balancing, form security and remembering your cookie choices). These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Marketing and advertising: help us measure campaigns, understand audiences and show relevant messages on other sites and platforms.

To opt out of Google Analytics across sites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser. We prevent Google Analytics from loading when your browser sends a GPC or Do Not Track (DNT) signal.
5. Data retention
We generally retain personal information for 36 months, unless a longer period is required to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. We then delete or de-identify it.
6. Your privacy rights
