Tim O’Brien

Tim O’Brien brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across the medical device and biologics industries, with expertise in tissue regeneration. At Fesarius Therapeutics, he leads sales and marketing strategy and commercial execution as the company expands adoption of the DermiSphere™ platform. Prior to joining Fesarius, Tim held senior commercial leadership roles at VIVEX Biologics, MiMedx and RTI Surgical, where he led sales organizations, developed go-to-market strategies and supported growth across regenerative medicine, orthopaedics and related surgical markets. His experience includes building and leading high-performing commercial teams, developing strategic partnerships and bringing innovative medical technologies to healthcare providers.
