Tom Roueche

Tom Roueche brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across early- and growth-stage medical device and bioregenerative technology companies. Prior to joining Fesarius Therapeutics, he co-founded BioSET, Inc., where he served as President and CEO for 12 years, leading the company through financing, licensing, clinical and regulatory milestones, strategic partnerships and its acquisition by Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2016. Previously, Tom established new arthroscopy and interventional cardiology business units for InnerDyne Medical, Inc., prior to its acquisition by Tyco Healthcare. He also spent seven years with Orthopedic Technology, Inc., ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and contributing to the company’s IPO, acquisitions and strategic partnerships prior to its acquisition by DePuy, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company.
